SHIPPING POLICY :

All orders placed with us are processed and fulfilled within 24-48 hours of placement, and deliveries are made within 3-5 working days. Standard shipping is provided without any additional charges, ensuring that your order reaches you conveniently and on time.

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. A COD charge of INR 149 will be applied, regardless of the order value. This option provides flexibility for customers who prefer to pay at the time of delivery.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, regional restrictions, or logistical delays. In such cases, we work diligently to minimize delays and keep customers informed about the updated delivery schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY : 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care at +91 9319655596 as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount in case of a Prepaid Order.

If your order has been dispatched, then: 

In case of COD orders, you may choose not to accept the delivery of the product, and it will be returned to us.

In case of Prepaid orders, you need to take delivery of the product and then return the product to us as per the Return Policy.
