Return & Exchange
At Baboongo, we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 3 days.
Return & Exchange Process :
1. Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving them. Contact us on our customer care number +91 9319655596 to process the Return & Exchange request.
2. If the received item is damaged, inform our customer care team within 48 hours along with pictures/videos of the item.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and submit the request. Please note that returns will only be picked up from the original delivery address
5. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original box/packaging with our invoice.
6. The products should be in new or unused condition without any marks or damage.
7. Refund will be credited in the Bank account after the returned item is inspected
8. COD Fee will not be refunded at the time of returning the item.
If these requirements are not met, Vanson reserves the right to refuse the return request.
